MilanAs UX/UI DESIGNER you will develop amazing customer experiences, starting from the definition of the entire architecture of the user journey to the interaction at every touchpoint.

**| Purpose of The Role**:

- Provide beautiful UI design deliverables for all digital channels (website, mobile, and tablet)
- Designing graphical user interfaces for both App and physical devices
- Conduct user research, interviews and surveys
- Set up and conduct usability test
- Provide patterns, best practices, and guidance on interaction design for different devices and platform

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- M. Sc in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Usability Human-Computer Interaction
- A clear understanding user-centred design (UCD) and Design Thinking methodology
- Understanding Agile Methodologies and Principles
- Passionate about the latest technology advancements and consumer trends
- Strong skills on Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After effects) and Figma
- Relevant Experience as an UI/UX Designer
- Good command of Italian and English language
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods is a plus
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
