American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our inbound Claims contact center. As our customer service representative, you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. You may also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation. This position is hybrid and is required to be onsite for 2-3 days each week. The hours are 10am - 7pm EST Monday - Friday. Overtime during catastrophes is required.
