Demand Planning Manager

La figura professionale ricercata interfacciandosi con la Direzione aziendale avrà la responsabilità di gestire e coordinare le attività della squadra Demand Planning, garantendo un'accurata previsione della domanda al fine di assicurare la
disponibilità di tutti i prodotti a magazzino.In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Definire le metriche di misurazione dell'efficienza delle logiche di approvvigionamento attuali;
- Implementare un nuovo sistema di approvvigionamento utilizzando le più avanzate tecnologie disponibili;
- Introdurre un metodo di approvvigionamento che prenda in considerazione i fabbisogni produttivi e quelli della distribuzione,
- Coordinare la squadra dei Demand Planning guidandola verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Stock.

Si richiede:
- laurea in ambito scientifico, in particolare ingegneria gestionale o matematica;
- ottima conoscenza dei processi della Supply Chain;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- abilità analitiche e di problem solving;
- ottime capacità comunicative e una spiccata propensione al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione dei progetti;
- esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 5 anni.
