WHO YOU ARE

'-You love Analysis and Data, with the strong expectation to create a positive impact on improving process;
- Degree in analytical disciplines (Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration), or with a specific Master Degree on related matters;
- Experience and proficient knowledge of excel or other analytical tools;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Curious and flexible with the ability to connect data with a systemic approach.
- Experiences in Data Visualization & Data Analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

You will be involved by your Tutor in the following activities
- Support the structure and development of PowerBI Dashboards, testing, release.
- Support the optimization of the data gathering process (excel source files), import and transformation of new source files, and development of a new Power BI report.
- Collaborating to setup the new BI project on Power BI environment.
- Help in the configuration of Power BI Service and connect it to the target file.
- Publish the report on Power BI Service and configure the dataset.
- Provide a technical support to operative team after go-live of the tool.
- Continuous maintenance and updating of the tool, supporting similar activities.

Real Estate is a business function that develops, owns and maintains IKEA properties. Real Estate is also a key player in developing the penetration strategy within the commercial territory and has the responsibility to purchase and develop land accordingly. Real Estate has also the responsibility to design, construct and maintain IKEA properties according to the latest IKEA standards and to the lowest possible cost for a specified level of quality and time.
And you?
You will support our Cluster Real Estate Manager creating and update availability, accuracy and quality Power Bi dashboard. You will have the possibility to learn how interact with leaders and managers, analyzing data to help them lead the business in proactive ways.

Location: Carugate (MI)
Paid internship: 600 € cost-refund and free use of staff canteen
