Il Profilo ricercato sarà quello di impiegato - assistente al Contract manager che si occupa dei contratti di manutenzione global service e facility management.

Il **Contract Support**ha le seguenti responsabilità:

- Supporto all’Organizzazione del personale e calendarizzazione interventi;
- Registro interventi e raccolta documentale;
- Redazione consistenze impiantistiche, libretti di impianto termico e f-gas;
- Accreditamento subappaltatori - fornitori;
- Supporto alla rendicontazione contabile della commessa;
- Monitoraggio delle performance;
- Collaborazione nella gestione della sicurezza in cantiere.
- Diploma di Istituto tecnico;
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in aziende operanti in ambito di manutenzioni impiantistiche degli impianti elettrici e di condizionamento;
- Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio dell’andamento della commessa;
- Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento;
- Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi;
- Attitudine al lavorare di squadra
- Patente B
