Il Gruppo SIGIT è una multinazionale presente sul mercato dal 1966 come partner chiave dei principali players nel mondo automotive ed appliance per la produzione di sistemi e componenti in plastica, materiali compositi e gomma. **Sigit è in grado di eseguire la progettazione e lo sviluppo del prodotto, nonché la produzione di prototipi e attrezzature fino alla produzione in serie**.

**Posizione**:

- Project Leader;
- ente di appartenenza_ direzione técnica, Project Management;
- le attività del Project Leader sono volte all'analisi, progettazione, pianificazione e realizzazione degli obiettivi di un progetto, gestendolo in tutte le sue caratteristiche e fasi evolutive, nel rispetto di precisi vincoli di progetto;
- egli analizza i requisiti del cliente, si occupa della gestione del timing, dei costi e delle attività SAP;
- si interfaccia con il cliente per la definizione/aggiornamento dei tempi di progetto;
- coordina le riunioni di verifica del progetto;
- si occupa del SAP Material Management (MM).

- **Timing** progetto;
- gestione della **OIL** - Open Issue List - **di progetto**;
- gestione del processo di **Change Management**;
- gestione del sistema SAP (**BoM** - _bill of material_, Cicli Tecnici di sviluppo, **RDA**, **WBS** - Work Breakdown Structure e gestione fabbisogni).
- risponde al Project Manager;
- impegno a tempo pieno;
- contratto a tempo indeterminato.

**Requisiti**:

- qualifica professionale/diploma;
- minimo 5 anni di esperienza nell’ambito industriale, settore Automotive e/o Appliance;
- conoscenza delle materie plastiche/gomma;
- conoscenza dello stampaggio ad iniezione e dei processi di produzione dei prodotti termoplastici;
- conoscenza SAP System;
- capacità di gestione delle milestones di progetto;
- ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca;
- capacità di Problem Solving;
- patente di guida;
- disponibilità a trasferte Italia ed Estero (area EMEA);
- elevate capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in Team;
- proattività e Leadership.
