Group Compliance Manager

We are looking for Group Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance Team based in Milan.
- How you make the difference
- Compliance is crucial for Bolton to ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding its reputation and minimizing risk.
- The Group Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing the Group Compliance System to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. _
- In particular the Compliance Function leads directly GDPR, AI framework and Digital Compliance in general, Legislative Decree 231/01 and other corporate liability laws/regulations; Code of Conduct, Human Rights Policy, Whistleblowing System, Anti-fraud, AntiBribery and Corruption program._
- The Compliance Function also supports the business by preventing legal issues, enhancing reputation, and ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently and ethically._
- How your agenda looks like:

- _Implement compliance programs to ensure the Group complies with applicable laws and regulations._ _
- _Advise and support business in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with regulatory bodies and external partners, and lead training initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture._
- _Maintain and update compliance documentation and reporting systems. This accountability is crucial for transparency and demonstrating compliance efforts._
- _Define and implement compliance training programs to employees._
- _Collaborate with legal teams to manage regulatory matters and industry-specific compliance challenges._ _This helps to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization._
- _Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the company's compliance strategy is up-to-date._
- Your team:

- You’ll directly report to our Group Compliance Director._
- No direct or functional reports._
- What makes you a great fit:

- _Law Master Degree. Qualification as a lawyer is a plus_
- _5 years of previous experience in a similar role within international structured groups_
- _Technical Skills: _
- _Deep understanding of laws and regulations specific to the industry Bolton operate in._
- _Ability to identify potential compliance risks and propose preventive solutions._
- _Critical thinking and overview skills, identifying and taking care of the details that matter._
- _Ability to use digital tools and platform_ t_o support compliance system management._
- _Fluent English required_
