People are our main strength; we are looking for talents who can help us to quickly face constantly changing contexts and aspire to ever new horizons. **Introduction**: Within the Corporate & SME Department of the International Subsidiary Banks Division (ISBD), we're looking for a newly graduated in economics and engineering interested in becoming familiar with international banking newtorks management and development. With the aim of developing all the activities related to the Commercial Banking Products team, you will work closely with the Group colleagues, with a focus on the definition of new products and their commercial development. You will be involved in the "end to end" process of a product design, definition, launch, and commercial development. **Activities**: - Support the new products design and definition, based on the analysis of the market and the "as-is" product catalogues - Support the team in the steering of the projects related to the introduction of new products: preparation and sharing of documents, organization of periodic project status meetings - Support the organization and preparation of regular weekly/monthly meetings with the product teams of the ISBD Banks - Promote new areas of analysis and development of the commercial offer, with the aim of increasing the margins produced by the ISBD Banks **What you will learn**: - How is structured a multinational banking Group and its complex organizational framework - How to manage a complex, international project, involving different cultures and teams, both internal and external the Group - Become familiar to the most important tools and tecniques used in product definition and development, and project management - Have the opportunity to directly interact with all the relevant stakeholders of the ISBD Banks **Our values**: **Collaboration** is in Intesa Sanpaolo’s DNA.
