You will be responsible for the product development of our video advertising. You will take into account the expectations of our customers and the potential of our inventory. Our goal is to provide our users with a great video experience. Since our content on _Focus Online, Bunte.de, Chip_ and other portals is free of charge for the user, video marketing is of central importance.

Your skills complement the interdisciplinary and international video team. Because we serve digital video publishing with all its facets. That's why our competences in content, development and marketing are bundled in an interdisciplinary way. - You develop our video advertisement products: You optimise existing products based on their KPIs, you design and test new products
- You improve the video player and its behaviour for more successful advertisement
- Performance analyses, including eTKP, CTR, fill rate and yield management
- You communicate with sales colleagues to promote existing products and get feedback from the market
- You are a sparring partner for our product teams, proactively offer your help and enjoy interacting with other teammates

**What we would expect from you...**:

- You have professional experience in the field of yield management, programmatic advertising or product ownership at a digital marketer or you have been employed in a similar function at a media agency, an intermediary or at an advertiser
- You inspire colleagues with your advertisement products and convince them with your passion
- You have a high affinity for numbers and a careful, analytical way of working
- You have an eye on current developments in video marketing and video use
- You know the needs of the various market participants (agencies, service providers, marketers and publishers) or have already had initial contact with them
