Come Help Desk, farai parte del nostro team IT e sarai responsabile di fornire supporto tecnico ai nostri colleghi per quanto riguarda l'installazione, la manutenzione e l'aggiornamento di hardware e software su varie piattaforme, inclusi PC, Mac e dispositivi mobili (iOS e Android). Sarai coinvolto anche nella gestione delle postazioni di lavoro e nell'assemblaggio di componenti hardware.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma in informatica o similari.
- Buona conoscenza delle principali funzionalità e sistemi operativi di PC, Mac e dispositivi mobili (iOS e Android).
- Capacità di analisi dei guasti e di diagnosi dei problemi, sia hardware che software.
- Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Proattività e capacità di problem solving
Una mínima esperienza come addetto help desk o in un ruolo simile sarà considerata un plus.
