Summary

The Hostess position involves several responsibilities aimed at ensuring high-quality hospitality within the F&B outlets. The selected person will welcome and assist guests, contributing to providing an exceptional experience during their stay. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong customer orientation and a consistent commitment to maintaining high service standards, while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival, introduce the structure, and answer any questions regarding available services. Support colleagues in assigning tables.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues, suppliers, and guests, creating a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere.
- Be proactive in team efforts and foster collaboration with all staff members.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, such as monitoring refrigerator temperatures, correct product use, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure food safety.
- To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- To maintain the restaurant’s guest history systems
- To take and manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.

- At least 6 months of experience as a hostess, preferably in luxury hotel establishments.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet guests' needs.
- Strong relational abilities and effective communication, with a kind and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to manage work under pressure.
- Availability to work shifts and weekends.
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
- Good standing and personal grooming.
- Legally allowed to work in Italy, holding a valid work permit for the country
