We are looking for talented Real Estate Analyst in LOGISTICS CAPITAL MARKETS

Logistics investment is one of the priorities of global capital targeting real estate in EMEA, and Italy is a key destination market. With the fast-paced growth of e-commerce and innovation in logistics and delivery platforms across the globe, the JLL Logistics Capital Markets team is at the forefront of real estate service advisory and brokerage, offering comprehensive innovative solutions to JLL global and local clients. You will join our team at an exciting time for this asset class and will also become part of the JLL European Industrial & Logistics Group accessing Paneuropean market knowledge and clients.

We are looking for a curious and inquisitive mind with a passion for real estate logistics, on both technical and economics aspects, and keen to grow their hard and soft skills in our team, with a view to remain as a full-time analyst in the team.

What these jobs involve
Delivering core real estate services

You will report directly to the Head of Logistics Capital Markets and will be supporting the entire Logistics group on the day-to-day activity with Investors, Landlords and Occupiers. You will support the team with data analyses, presentations, reporting to help our clients with their acquisition, asset management and disposal strategies. You will also take part in client meetings and property tours and be exposed to international and domestic institutional investors and tenants as well as local landlords. You will work with other Logistics professionals, JLL Italy and Paneuropean team members to develop new business proposals and follow-up materials, including deal track information, market overviews and prospect or client presentations.

**As a team analyst you will support**:
**Buy side activity**:
Asset analysis, including technical specifications, operating income and costs, main leasing terms
Market analysis, including research of investment and local occupiers markets, comparables for entry yields and ERVs
Presentation of investment opportunities to target investors; reviewing and analysing commercial documents and other materials as part of project due diligence, including research-based advice on sector and location
Data entry and analysis

**Sell side activity**:
Asset and Market analysis
Pitch and Marketing document preparation
Day to day support to disposal process

You will also support the team with its general business development activities, including:
Preparation and delivery of presentation materials
Desktop research, including on SISTER portal and other databases and local planning documents
Support cash-flow analyses, valuation models and sensitivity analysis
Contributing to local market research requests, such as market snapshots and overviews to support pitches and business development opportunities
Maintain our unique product and clients database, to make sure we identify all potential investment opportunities and active investors.

Promoting our services & developing our business
Working as part of a team, you will support the Logistics Capital Markets team sourcing new investment product for increasingly hungry domestic and global capital, and securing new mandates and clients.
