**Main activities**:
maintenance of cell cultures;
establishment of orthotopic brain tumors in mice;
In vivo drug efficacy studies in tumor-bearing mice;
flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry analysis;
biochemical analyses (such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and WB).

We are looking for a highly motivated researcher with interest in tumor biology and translational research and with a Master’s degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines (preferably with a Doctoral degree).

Skills in protein biochemistry, cell biology, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry;
Experience in performing experiments in mice (experience with orthotopic mouse models of brain tumors is considered a plus);
Research planning and organization skills.

**Work details**:
**Type of contract**: full-time collaboration, salary will be commensurate to the research experience and CV of the applicant;
**Duration**: one year, renewable up to three years;
**Place of work**: IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, via Olgettina, 60 - Milan, Italy;
