Tired of the same old IT company? Starcks.io is building an ambitious tokenization platform for Serie A soccer players and growing rapidly Therefore we are looking for a Graphic designer with the following requirements:
**Community & Social media manager**

As a **Community & Social media manager **you should have a keen eye for data and research and have great relationship skills to be able to optimize and suggest content to drive conversion in all our digital channels. Together with the team, you will be responsible for setting the tone of voice and supporting all communication needs of our clients.
- Manage our Social Media channels to build a strong community with a high level of interactions. (IG, telegram, Youtube, blogs, etc)
- Plan and develop the social monthly content grid, development of campaign concept and copy, publishing, and creative optimization process end-to-end
- Provide ongoing community management including day-to-day social engagement.
- Search and propose content opportunities based on relevant research and benchmarks in the field: Crypto and Soccer.
- Track and monitor social media analytics and translate data and performance to optimize content.
- Drive proactive measurement, weekly and monthly reporting, and insights into what social content delivered the most engagement and performance

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with influencers to create and develop mutually beneficial campaigns
- Excellent Copywriting skills that allow you to create engagement throughout various social channels.
- Proven expertise in Instagram (Including Reels and Stories), Telegram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- English fluency.
- Demonstrate high-level creativity to create a concept campaign and reach the objectives planned.
- exceptional writing and storytelling skills.

**Up to 3k monthly with P.IVA. We're also open to a full time contract.**

Benefit: smart working, Token Options Plan

Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: Up to €3,000.00 per month
