Security Team Manager
The chosen resource, after a period of appropriate training, will be dedicated to the operational management of Italian sites for an important client that is expanding its activities in the territory and has chosen Sicuritalia as its partner for the organization of security and surveillance services.
The Security Team Manager (STM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team, reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM).
The STM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team and ensure a safe and secure evironment.
manage and organise staff services and address operational issues with the client, providing guidance and recommendations for improving services
Audit and quality control of service
Periodic monitoring visits to sites under its responsibility
Management of reporting on the client’s systems with which it holds regular meetings on the performance of services and on the verification of budgets
Data entry and analysis on customer systems
Ensures that the service KPIs are met or exceeded
Work with the Campus Security Manager (CSM) to improve the effectiveness and performance of the security team.
**MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS**:
At least 3 years' experience in roles involving management and planning of activities/staff shifts, preferably in the world of Security
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Must have a high school diploma or secondary education equivalent.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, to become a GPG (Security Armed Guard).
The salary level will be evaluated during the interview with the possibility of an permanent contract.
