**Fast Elettronica Italiana Spa**, a leading distributor of electronic components in Milan, Italy, is searching for a **Product & Business Development Manager** to join our dynamic team.**About The Job**:

- Product management for customers throughout Italy and some European countries for electromechanical components and sensors
- Customer portfolio management
- Sales activity focused on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and new markets
- Drive demand creation initiatives, including design-ins, market research and technical trend analysis.
- Collaborate closely with customers on product development projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers, collaborating on product development.
- Partner with the rest of sales team to craft effective go-to-market strategies that boost sales.

**About You**:

- Extensive background in product management and business development.
- Excellent commercial skills.
- Track record of effective portfolio management.
- Positive work ethic, commercial mindset, communication skills and strong team orientation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English.
