We are in charge to bring on board a

**Plant Maintenance Manager - Belgium**

Reporting directly to the Plant Director, he will be responsible of Operative Maintenance of the Production Department and of all facilities management issues related to the entire plant. He will undertake the following activities, related both with preventive and corrective maintenance activities: plan and manage mechanical and electronical maintenance of the production plant.

Management of a team of 90 people.

**Skills**:

- Maintenance budget management
- Suppliers management
- KPI definition: cooperates with Maintenance Techniques in the definition of Maintenance KPIs
- Continous Improvement Management
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Industry 4.0

The Successful Applicant
- Almost 7/10 years of previous experience in the same role
- Fluent english, fluent french
- Multinational and multicultural experience
- Data analysis
