**A Day in the Life**:As a Service & Repair Customer Care Representative you will be the primary customer contact for the Service & Repair team across the entire Medtronic product ranges.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Handle administrative and clerical tasks, managing service requests, inquiries, and communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers or vendors
- Manage complex tasks independently, taking initiative even when procedures are not fully defined.
- Administer service-related systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce), track orders, manage invoicing and disputes, and coordinate logistics for spare parts.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for repairs, maintenance, and part sales.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process optimizations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, complete required training, and follow through on all service and repair processes.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or above).
- Organized and dependable, with strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled at resolving customer concerns professionally, even under pressure.
- Collaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
