We are looking for a **hands-on Project Coordinator**who can take ownership of multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This is an execution-heavy role — ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, driving accountability, and keeping projects moving forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver projects on time by managing schedules, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking tasks, risks, and deadlines.
- Prepare and share clear project updates with leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation (timelines, reports, contracts, change requests, etc.).
- Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to keep delivery on track.
- Ensure effective cross-team communication (sales, operations, product, marketing, etc.).
- Support the team in prioritizing tasks and meeting client expectations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and the local language (Italian).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and meeting deadlines.
