**Your missions**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts:
- Contribute to the animation of the website and LinkedIn page Advens Italy.
- Track and improve digital marketing performance indicators.
- Help to increase the number of visits to the site and the number of followers on LinkedIn (by post publication, graphics creation and publication)
- Help the local team to organize marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team in France
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to understand market trends and generate creative ideas.
More concretely? Here are a few examples of projects that could be yours tomorrow...
- Launch new and disruptive content on our LinkedIn account
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategy
- Collaborate to the proper preparation of events in Milan and Italy (partner management, goodies, venue search, etc.)
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing solution (Hubspot, Livestorm), design tools (Canva)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Great communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- A certain IT and digital culture and want to discover cybersecurity
- Are you interested in digital marketing and using social media to promote a business?
The position is based in Milan, with regular exchanges with Advens teams in France. Therefore, the profile must be bilingual Italian/English.
