As part of Baker Hughes Energy Transition strategy, CPS (Clean Power Solutions) business build up is a critical element aiming to respond and anticipate new market and customers’ requirements, as it pertains to clean, efficient, reliable, affordable, and flexible energy production.

**Take the ownership of CPS solutions and customers’ requirements**

A solution is a business outcome that delivers measurable value to customers. The Solution Architect is the key player for creating a unique value proposition around Clean Power Solution strategy.

As Clean Power Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with Sales team to increase demand generation and prequalify target opportunities.
- Pitching clients on CPS unique value proposition, and analyze client’s needs and data.
- Being compliant with CPS criteria, conceptualize the solution that best answers to the business and technical needs of clients, leveraging on internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing business case assessment and/or feasibility studies with multiple performance and constraints scenarios.
- Preparing preliminary estimates of project CapEx/OpEx costs and other key metrics such as LCoE, for initial quoting of the proposed solution, including internal and external scope of supply.
- Identifying, recording, and mitigating initial project constraints, risks and upside opportunities to hand off to ITO team.
- Pitching customers on the proposed solution, hand off to Application Engineers and Commercial team to draft the correct proposals, and support the negotiation until contract signature.
- Deploying knowledge and requirements on CPS solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Attending conferences on CPS solutions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have knowledge of district heating / heat networks obtained from geothermal OR biomass (cogeneration) plants.
- Have thermal engineering software experience in power and cogeneration industries. Knowledge of Thermoflow is advantageous.
- Have experience in Project Engineering / Development related to electricity market, power generation, geothermal, microgrids.
- Have experience of performing business case assessment or pre-feasibility studies.
- Have familiarity with project economics CapEx, OpEx and LCoE.
- Have business acumen and proactive approach to actively generate new demand, and address clients needs on CPS solutions.
