Sales Network Incentives and Compensation

The Commercial Planning Service in agreement with the Deputy General Manager of Commercial Networks, Alternative and Support Channels, is responsible for defining the sales objectives contained in the Commercial Plan, the model and rules governing the Networks, the performance indicators, the remuneration and incentive system, career paths and network organizational structures.
As part of the Commercial Planning and Control Service, reporting to her/his manager, the resource will mainly be hired in:
- Contributing to the development of the incentive system for the Network of Financial Advisors, in line with the company budget and commercial policies.
- Analyzing the performance achieved in the reference period by the Network of Financial Advisors, processing all forms of reporting relating to incentive programs.
- Collaborating in the definition of the remuneration system of the Financial Advisor Network in agreement with the Product Management, the Commercial Management and the Economic Planning, contributing with the other competent services to identify the correct profitability margins of the products;
- Analyzing and monitoring the economic impact of the incentive system, verifying the economic consistency between sales costs and revenues;
Core Skills
- Degree in economics or management engineering;
- In-depth knowledge of the following software is required: Excel, Access, Power Point;
- Excellent knowledge of advanced reporting systems and data intelligence;
- Good knowledge of the English language.

- Positive and proactive attitude especially in working under stress;
- Willingness to learn;
- Resilience.
Previous Experiences
- Previous experience in similar contexts of at least two years;
