**Engineering PPMO Lead**

**MAKE Asset Management (MAM) organization**:
The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.

**Job Summary**:
This is an exciting role to lead a team of engineering, project and qualification professionals to deliver perfection in project execution in support of business goals. The Beerse Engineering PPMO Lead is a member of the Beerse MAM Leadership Team. We support the identification and development of innovative engineering solutions to solve problems of today and launch the products and technology of the future.

**The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have**:

- Developing talent through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure small and large capital projects are completed on-time and on budget.
- Manage service providers and collaborate to improve performance
- Work closely with global automation and equipment groups to drive standardization for equipment and systems on site projects.
- Support projects that maintain legacy automation systems
- Collaborate with several functions and departments, including Operations, EH&S, and Technical Operations to drive improved manufacturing capabilities as well as new modalities.
- Ensure available capital is spent wisely on projects that deliver best business benefit.
