WHAT'S THE ROLE? Within the Channel Department we are looking for a Data Quality Intern who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. WHO IS HILTI? WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? - You will support the Data Quality team in: - Identifying and solving problems with data to deliver value - Creating and managing databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of customer’s data - Improving data quality and seizing new business opportunities by optimizing the process of sharing information with internal and external stakeholders through distribution lists in Access - Crafting data management-oriented solutions for specific activities: data quality controls, data integration, reporting to name a few **At Hilti, you'll enjoy all the perks of being part of a big company, but with the autonomy of running a small business.** WHAT DO WE OFFER? - You will join a structured training agenda which will allow you to carry out your daily tasks but also to discover many other relevant topics and activities such as: - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI);- Compensation&Benefits;- Brand Identity;- Trying our tools under the guidance of our trainers;- During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor. - We will provide you a monthly expense reimbursement (900€) ticket restaurant (7,20/day) Smart-working for 50% of your working time and flexible hours.WHAT YOU NEED IS: - You are a data enthusiast and digital native with a passion for data analysis- You are currently pursuing a degree/degree holder in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics- You have a business and analytic background- If you master the main IT tools such as Access, CRM, Excel is a plus- You are proficient in Italian and EnglishWHY SHOULD YOU APPLY? - We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative, more productive team.
