**Sales & Customer Support**

La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al Sales and Customer Support Manager, sarà coinvolta in attività di supporto operativo e commerciale, con un ruolo chiave nella gestione quotidiana del rapporto con i clienti.

**Attività principali**
- Gestione offerte e contratti: predisposizione di offerte commerciali per nuove certificazioni e rinnovi, attivazione ordini, aggiornamento e monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali.
- Relazione con il cliente: contatto diretto con i clienti per attività di recall su offerte inviate, supporto e assistenza durante il processo di certificazione, gestione delle informazioni anagrafiche.
- Organizzazione e strumenti: utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Dynamics) per la gestione delle attività commerciali, archiviazione e organizzazione della documentazione contrattuale secondo le linee guida interne.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea in discipline umanistiche / economiche
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ambito assistenza clienti e supporto alla rete commerciale.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente, anche se breve, esperienza nel settore alimentare.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
