**For our Headquarter in Milan we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist, who will support the Worldwide Marketing Team in the creation and execution of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns which are localized across the different Countries and the MBE Worldwide Group. Geographies of relevance are Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the UK and Ireland, Poland and Portugal. The Marketing & Communication Specialist will engage in daily interactions with international marketing managers from these countries, as well as with agencies and external collaborators. The new hire will report to the MBE WW Brand and Communication Senior Manager and will have the following responsibilities**:
**Institutional communication, Brand and PR activities**:

- **MBE Worldwide institutional communication via both online and offline media**
- **Company profile and brand update through multichannel touch points**
- **PR copywriting, interviews content brief and PR distributions cooperating with external PR agencies.**

**Internal Communication**:

- **Content creation and management**
- **Creation of digital newsletters (for both MBE employees and Network) to release regular updates regarding MBE News and Solutions**

**Social Media strategy**:

- **Support in the processes for the planning, briefing, creation and implementation of global digital marketing campaigns**
- **Supervision of existing channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)**
- **Control and measurement of online marketing campaigns**

**Marketing campaigns**:

- **Support in the processes for the planning, briefing, creation and implementation of Lead Generation Marketing Campaigns, cascaded in-store, online and off
- line; consistent with Company strategy and profitable for both the Company and Franchisees.**
- **Contribute to the definition of Customer Base Communication plan and DEM creation.**
- **Work side by side with the Product Marketing team, learning & development and Network Sales & Operations departments to create valuable contents to support MBE Network to grow in their business.**

**Support the Marketing team with analysis of the customer database, identifying key customer insights, and analysis of marketing campaigns.**

**What you should bring with you**:

- **University-level degree with record of strong academic performance in Economics or in the Marketing/Communication area.**
- **1-3 years’ experience in marketing, either in corporations or Marketing and communication agencies.**
- **Strong communication and copywriting skills.**
- **Recommended content creation, video and graphics skills (PhotoShop, Canva, Adobe Premiere).**
- **Experience in B2B markets / services / e-commerce / franchise business is considered as a plus**
- **Fluent both in Italian and in English**
- **Positive and energetic approach**
- **Nice to have: Online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads,) and technical understanding of online media and analytics.**
