Supply Chain Director

We are looking for a **SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR** for an important global brand founded over 60 years ago, well known to consumers as a manufacturer and worldwide distributor of "Made in Italy" products. This company has approximately 3000 employees between the Italian headquarters and the four foreign branches. **Posizione**: With HQ in North-Central Veneto, it operates through multi-brand retail chains organized in the main macro-regions. For this role, we are looking for a Manager with proven international experience in planning and managing production and logistics processes for products with a final consumer cost of between 150 and 500 €. - Coordinating and supervising the Production Planning Director, the Senior Demand Planning Director, and the Logistic Director (also defining with them the management strategies and policies for all supply chain processes); - Leading the Managers responsible for the macro-regions to ensure the strategic oversight of the entire supply flow, warehouses, and product distribution; - Constantly monitor the KPIs of the areas under her/his responsibility to identify, define, and implement any improvement action on process stages; - Coordinating her/his direct subordinates in the adoption of a culture of continuous improvement and supervising the consequent improvement actions; - Becoming one of the main channels for collecting information for the General Management on the state of the organization; - Defining project teams and governance models to facilitate the collaboration between the various corporate entities; - Taking part in the improvement of the organization by participating in corporate development and technological innovation. **Requisiti**: - Technical or economic university degree; - Proven managerial, people management, and motivation skills; - Strong project management skills on high-complexity projects; - Significant supply chain management experience within manufacturing and distribution companies operating at a global level; - Fluent English language; - Strong international experience developed in supply chain management in foreign production/distribution plants - Experience in the APAC or LATAM regions (not mandatory).
