**Product Specialist**:**

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Motion business. In this role your main tasks will be to implement the sales and development strategies on Italian market for the Local Sales Unit in order to achieve and exceed business goals.

**This position reports to**:
Marketing Manager - Product

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the sales department in activities related to selection and sales of products.
- Collect customer feedback and requirements of the market during the visits of customers to provide them to the Global Product Management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support defining process of pricing strategies and sales list for different products.
- Follow the update and implementation of Sales and Marketing tools (CRM SalesForce, product configurator, marketing intelligence).
- Propose new product/system development or product/system/enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.
- Contribute to the definition of new product/system technical characteristics by providing specific expertise.
- Elaborate communications materials as well as plan the marketing activities to present product portfolio and value of product on the market.
- Support the management activity of the different sales channels by taking care of dedicated sales plans, training plans and management of pricing policy.

**Your background**:

- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Management Engineering or in Economics;
- Some experience in the field (2/3 years) and a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Sales and Marketing tools;
- Good communication skills and spirit of initiative, ability to work in a team and with customers;
- A result oriented proactive person ready to learn and to work in a multicultural environment.
