Per la nostra sede di Segrate siamo alla ricerca di un/una HR Payroll Specialist.

**Working at NTT**

**Le principali responsabilità saranno**:

- Gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita del dipendente (assunzioni, cessazioni, modifiche contrattuali, passaggi di livello e/o categoria);
- Coordinamento delle comunicazioni obbligatorie agli enti (Cob, Inps,Inail);
- Gestione fondi di previdenza complementari e sanitari
- Gestione ticket dipendenti;
- Adempimenti amministrativi funzionali all’elaborazione dei cedolini mensili (controllo e chiusura presenze, gestione note spese, controllo cedolini);
- Interfaccia con il fornitore esterno per quanto concerne l’elaborazione dei cedolini;
- Aggiornamento e consulenza tecnico/normativa;
- Supporto alla documentazione amministrativa necessaria per la delivery dei servizi presso i clienti della società clienti;
- Supporto amministrativo ai dipendenti;
- Reportistica mensile e trimestrale (headcount, ferie, costo del lavoro).
