Internship - Private Equity Italy (H/F) - September

**Missions**:
You will be a support to the Private Equity team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Equity transactions. Main tasks include:
Studying and analysing activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies;
Updating financial models and presentations;
Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;
- Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses.
**Profile**:
Recent graduate or close to graduation from a university or business school with a specialization in finance;
Previous experience in Private Equity/ M&A/ Corporate Finance/ Equity Research;
Fluent in Italian and English;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills;
International mindset, exchange abroad program is a plus.
