Ipb Operations

**The objective of the team is to define and implement the IPB Operations Transformation Book of Work in full alignment with the vision and strategy of IPB Operations as well as of the Business.**:
**This includes**:

- **align our projects portfolio with all other Operations key deliverables like near/offshoring, talent management, robotics to further refine and enrich our IPB Operations strategy.**:

- **identify new strategic topics to reduce costs as well as improve and strengthen our processes**:

- **ensure full alignment between Operations and the various Agile teams**:

- **collaborate with the IPB Operations Business Management team to design and implement KPI/MI to monitor the performance of the operational teams as well as identify areas of improvements**:

- **communicate the state of the projects and the strategy to the local Operations heads, COO and other stakeholders**:

- **leverage existing local IPB Operations resources and SME to support the various initiatives**:

- **the team will leverage PB Germany knowhow and technology where possible.**:
**Skills**:

- **project/ programme management experience in Operations with a financial services institution is important**:

- **understanding of the operations processes such as settlements, payments and client data management is a must**:

- **Wealth Management experience is an added advantage but we are open to individuals with strong CIB operations background as well**:

- **proficiency in English is mandatory**:

- **proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint**:

- **very good presentation and communication skills at senior level**:

- **capacity to engage and motivate various stakeholders within and outside of Operations**:

- **broad knowledge of operational processes**:

- **knowledge of the Agile methodology is a plus**:

- **work autonomously and capacity to deliver quality under pressure**:

- **quick learner and willingness to tackle complex new projects**:
