**Posizione**:
As part of the Investment Banking Division, Mediobanca's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team originates, structures, coordinates, and executes equity capital market transactions. These include IPOs, Rights Issues, Accelerated Bookbuilding Offerings (ABOs), and Equity-Linked products. ECM professionals work in close collaboration with other teams within Mediobanca, such as Corporate Finance, Equity Sales,Equity Researchand Debt Division. Known for our leadership in Italian equity issuances and growing reputation across Europe, joining our team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The selected Analyst will actively contribute to the team by being involved in various activities, including:

- Drafting presentations to assist ECM bankers in deal origination
- Supporting the team on live transactions and deal execution
- Building financial models for structuring equity offers
- Analyzing stocks, exchanges, and shareholding structures
- Monitoring market trends, investor sentiment, and creating market reports
- Conducting market analyses and updates to gain a thorough understanding of the broader financial landscape

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a capital markets or investment banking role
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals and the investment banking industry
- High motivation and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish) is an asset
- Familiarity with Bloomberg or Factset is preferred
