AxL SpA - Divisione Alti Profili - seleziona per società di engineering specializzata nella progettazione di sistemi idraulici industriali un:
**PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSABILE SVILUPPO TECNICO**

La società con attività decennale, sviluppa sistemi idraulici antincendio, recupero acqua, laminazione per diverse tipologie di applicazione (residenziale, industriale, agricolo).
Inserita in un contesto giovane, coeso, dinamico, in forte crescita la risorsa lavorerà in gruppo per consentire un continuo e costante sviluppo tecnico.
- Ricerca e Sviluppo di nuove tecnologie, nuove soluzioni e nuovi campi di applicazione;
- Analisi e revisione técnica dei sistemi già esistenti e installati per individuarne limiti e potenziali aree di miglioramento;
- Collaborazione con gli studi esterni di progettazione per attuali e nuove tipologie di sistemi;
- Apportare un concreto innalzamento della società per tutti gli aspetti tecnici/tecnologici.

Nello sviluppo della propria attività operativamente si occuperà anche di:

- Progettazione nuove tecnologie
- Analisi costi sistemi/prodotti attuali e futuri ed elaborazione listini;
- Ricerca e gestione fornitori e contratti per lo sviluppo di attuali e nuovi sistemi;
- Analisi ed adeguamento documentale;
- Controllo e pianificazione attività di produzione interna ed esterna;
- Sviluppo attività e procedure per area service e post vendita;
- Gestione contrattualista enti esterni.

Requisiti:

- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito tecnico produttivo
- Diploma tecnico sulla quale sviluppare le specifiche tecniche del settore. Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, gestionale, energetica)
- Conoscenza di programmi di disegno (preferenziale Solidworks)
- Competenze tecniche per condurre con autonomia un’analisi completa degli impianti
- Capacità di relazionarsi con colleghi, committenti, fornitori, studi esterni di progettazione nell’ottica di un continuo miglioramento tecnologico

Si offre:

- Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato
- RAL 25-35K sulla base dell'effettiva esperienza di lavoro
- Ambiente di lavoro giovane, dinamico, coeso, altamente formativo ed in crescita

Orario full time: da Lunedì a Venerdì dalle 8.30-13.00 / 14.00 - 17.30
