**Trade Marketing and Events Internship**:
JOB MISSION

Support the International Trade Marketing and Events team in the creation, monitoring and development of specific projects, promoting consistent cooperation within the team and ensuring the best level of support to sales team and BUs.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Promotions**: support in the creation of trade assets and B2B promo offers and preparation of trade marketing presentations and campaigns;
**Analysis**: monitoring and study of trade initiatives and campaigns - sell in and sell out analysis;
**Events**: support in the organization of main events, business meetings and clients’ visits;
**Communication**: improvement and maintenance of Sharepoint platform;
**Support to sales team**: facilitate the communication flow, back office support for distributors and BUs;
**Administration**: support in the management of the administrative back office of the department especially for events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Trade Marketing or Economics;
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or upper) and Italian;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Result-Oriented mindset;
Flexible, hands-on and multitasking approach;
Strong attitude in team working and social and interpersonal communication skills;
Strong passion for the beauty world.
