Il nostro Cliente è un'importante azienda imprenditoriale, con oltre 90 anni di storia e percorso sul mercato, operante nel settore delle lavorazioni delle leghe metalliche per diverse applicazioni industriali.

Nell'ottica di implementazione del Team Operations per uno dei Plant con base in Piemonte, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Production Supervisor.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa riporterà al Plant e Production Manager ed avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità:

- Affiancare il Plant Manager nella gestione delle priorità e dei reparti produttivi del perimetro assegnato (10-20 risorse in staff);
- Supervisionare le attività produttive, fornendo supporto ai tecnici specialistici per interventi routinari e straordinari;
- Gestire l'organizzazione dei turni, dello staff produttivo e delle priorità in accordo con la Direzione di Plant;
- Proporre soluzioni di prodotto o di processo volte a migliorare le performance, là dove utile, dei reparti;
- Supportare il Production Manager nelle attività del ruolo, là dove richiesto: audit di fornitori ed altri stakeholder, interfaccia con le altre Funzioni aziendali (Finance, Sales, Logistica, etc.), produzione e verifica della reportistica richiesta dalla Direzione Generale.

**Requisiti**:
La Candidatura ideale risulta in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria (dei Materiali, Meccanica o percorsi formativi in linea) o equiparabili cultura professionale e competenze sviluppate nel ruolo;
- Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, all'interno di contesti produttivi industriali;
- Conoscenza della produzione su commessa, con logiche di piccoli e medi lotti ad alto contenuto tecnico;
- La provenienza dal settore delle Lavorazioni a Caldo dell'Acciaio è considerata una caratteristica nettamente preferenziale;
- Capacità di operare in gruppo di lavoro tecnici, operativi e volti al raggiungimento dei risultati, in particolare in ruoli di costruzione di processo e team management.

Completano il profilo proattività, capacità di decision making, visione di business.
