We are looking for an analytical Accounts Receivable Professional to join our accounting department. In this role, you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of the invoicing and collection processes.

To succeed as an accounts receivable professional, you should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile any irregularities in invoicing.
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.
- Audit all invoices on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting.
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed.
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming payments.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Italian General Accounting Standards.
- Familiar with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
- Strong math and computer skills (MS office).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
