**L’Hotel Indigo Venice - Sant’Elena**, parte del gruppo **HNH Hospitality**, ricerca un/a **Reservation Manager** che si occuperà della gestione e del coordinamento delle prenotazioni.
L’obiettivo principale della figura sarà garantire l’efficienza, assicurando la massima soddisfazione degli ospiti, la corretta applicazione delle strategie di revenue e la collaborazione fluida con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

La posizione è riferita all’**Hotel Indigo Venice - Sant’Elena**. Per favorire una maggiore flessibilità organizzativa, stiamo valutando la possibilità di inserimento anche presso**la sede di** Venezia Mestre**, pur mantenendo il pieno coordinamento operativo con la struttura di Venezia.

**Di cosa ti occuperai**:

- Supervisionare, controllare e al bisogno inserire le prenotazioni provenienti dai diversi canali
- Garantire un servizio personalizzato per ospiti VIP, repeaters e clienti corporate ad alta produttività
- Monitorare e gestire le prenotazioni di gruppo, in stretta collaborazione con Sales e Revenue, predisponendo la relativa reportistica
- Verificare gli arrivi del giorno e pianificare quelli successivi, con un approccio strategico orientato all’ottimizzazione dei flussi
- Caricare e aggiornare il gestionale alberghiero
- Gestire eventuali richieste MICE

**Chi stiamo cercando**:
Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza nel ruolo o nel reparto prenotazioni, preferibilmente maturata in hotel di catena internazionale.
Sono richieste un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, unite a solide capacità organizzative e comunicative. La familiarità con le dinamiche F&B e la predisposizione al lavoro in team completano il profilo ideale.
