Per Importante Software House con sede a Pisa (Centro), specializzata nello sviluppo di soluzioni digitali innovative per aziende B2B, con clienti nazionali e internazionali, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:
**Sales Manager**

La figura guiderà la strategia commerciale e lo sviluppo del business, avrà un ruolo chiave nella crescita dell’azienda, lavorando a stretto contatto con il management e il team tecnico.
- Responsabilità principali:_
- Definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale
- Sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business
- Gestione e ampliamento del portafoglio clienti
- Coordinamento del team di vendita
- Negoziazione e chiusura dei contratti
- Analisi di mercato e monitoraggio KPI
- Collaborazione con marketing e product team
- Requisiti principali:_
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli sales nel settore IT / software
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione e relazione
- Forte orientamento agli obiettivi
- Conoscenza del mercato B2B
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio
