Operations Manager, Responsabile Operations, Agroalimentare, Molitorio **La tua nuova azienda** Il nostro cliente è una storica realtà che opera nel settore agro-food. Presente nella provincia di Mantova, vanta un fatturato di 42 milioni di euro. Per un’espansione dell’organico, ci ha richiesto supporto nell’individuare un Operations Manager che avrà la responsabilità di garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti interfacciandosi in modo continuo con le funzioni Acquisti, HSE, Quality, Sales. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** La risorsa che risponderà al CDA dovrà definire il piano di produzione garantendone la continuità e la qualità dei prodotti, programmare i turni degli addetti ed eventuali piani di formazione.
