Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

The main tasks of the position concern to perform quantitatve analysis on hedging solutions on market/financial risks with respect to Group Balance Sheet/Solvency.
- Supporting in analyzing hedging solutions on market/financial risks with respect to Group Balance Sheet
- Analysing Group Finance Operations in order to hedge relevant financial risks
- Contribute and support the buyback process (e.g structuring mandate, quantitative analysis of the transaction, managing tenders, ecc)
- On an ongoing basis compute hedge accounting effectiveness and evaluate the impacts on the financial statement on quarterly basis
- Develop the pricing models of the hedging Instruments and support pricing of employees share plan structures
- Contribute to develop and improve the internal pricing tool
- Develop specific tools of reporting and analysis support
- Preparing presentations for senior management

**Experience**:

- +7 years: in / Financial department/ / Risk Management / Investments Departments of Insurance companies

Must have
- Proficency with Microsoft Office and Visual basic. Another software skills (e.g.Matlab, R) would be a plus
- Solid knowledge of Insurance Business
- Knowledge of Insurance Balance Sheet and IFRS9/IFRS17 accounting principles
- knowledge of plain vanilla derivative instruments and valuation models
