**Wie wij zoeken**:
Wij zijn op zoek naar kookvaardig gekwalificeerd personeel -Zelfstandig Werkend Kok.

**- U moet komt uit Nederland, de EU, binnen de EER of uit Zwitserland en heeft toestemming om hier in Nederland te werken**

Wij zoeken iemand die aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoet:

- Stressbestendig
- Communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk
- Je bent een teamspeler maar ook in staat om, binnen je taken
- en kennispakket, zelfstandig te werken
- Je hebt goede kennis van de Oosterse ingrediënten en hun gebruik in de Aziatische keuken.
- Je hebt basiskennis en vaardigheden van de vier hoofdstromingen van de Keuken
- Je hebt geen bezwaar tegen onregelmatige werktijden, werken in het weekeinde en om eventuele overuren te maken
- Je bent punctueel en op tijd op de werkvloer
- U heeft een opleiding gevolgd die gelijkgesteld kan worden aan een koksopleiding op mínimaal MBO-3 niveau en kunt daarvan bewijsstukken overleggen

Dit zijn je verantwoordelijkheden:
**Wat ga je als zelfstandig werkend kok doen?**
Zelf maaltijden bereiden. En startende collega’s helpen om diezelfde maaltijden te bereiden. Hoewel we vaste recepten hanteren, vraagt dat van hen de nodige oefening. En van jou een mespuntje geduld, want niet iedereen heeft het fijnere snijwerk meteen in de vingers. Aan jou om een inspirerend voorbeeld neer te zetten en de kwaliteit continu te bewaken. Ruikt, ziet en smaakt alles zoals jij vindt dat het hoort? Dan mag het bord met de bediening mee. Is dat niet zo, dan grijp je in, waarbij je je collega op verbeterpunten vriendelijk wijst. Verder verwachten we dat je de boel clean en veilig houdt en je gastvriendelijke, samenwerkingsgerichte mindset op al je collega’s overdraagt.
- Je verzorgt veelal aziatische gerechten, volgens een vaste receptuur, en leert anderen om die ook te bereiden
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit volgens het ‘bij twijfel, gaat het dus echt niet door’ principe
- Je houdt alles netjes en veilig en werkt volgens de HACCP richtlijnen:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat collega’s het belang van gastvrijheid snappen en ademen
- Je spot verbeterkansen en koppelt die terug naar de Chef Kok en/of de Hospitality Manager
