**Reservation Specialist**

Il/la Reservation Specialist svolge un ruolo chiave nell'offrire un servizio eccellente, gestendo in modo efficiente prenotazioni, richieste e comunicazioni, in stretta collaborazione con il team della reception.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Gestire prenotazioni, modifiche e cancellazioni, gestendo il sitting in modo da garantire standard elevati di servizio;
- Tenere traccia delle preferenze dei clienti per offrire un servizio personalizzato;
- Supportare il team della reception e svolgere attività amministrative.
- Gestire messaggi automatici fuori orario.

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, nel settore della ristorazione di lusso;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato;
- Familiarità con sistemi di prenotazione come SevenRooms;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e durante eventi;
- Discrezione, empatia e attenzione ai dettagli.

**Si offre**:

- Contratto diretto con l'azienda, a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibilità di proroghe
- RAL 25k
- Luogo di lavoro: Milano

**Orario di lavoro full-time (40h) dal lunedì alla domenica, fascia oraria 8:00-22:00 con turni a rotazione.
