Dieci Group per storico ristorante situato a pochi passi dall'accesso agli impianti sciistici di Courmayeur, in Valle d'Aosta, è alla ricerca di un Aiuto pasticcer*.
Il ristorante fa parte di un complesso di servizi, a gestione familiare, che accompagnano gli sciatori dal noleggio delle attrezzature fino al ristoro. Il locale propone la cucina tradizionale del rifugio di montagna ma in chiave gourmet, con particolare attenzione alla sostenibilità delle preparazioni. Prodotti locali, riduzione mínima degli sprechi alimentari e cotture lente per una cucina all'avanguardia ma solidamente radicata nel territorio e nella tradizione delle Alpi.
Il ristorante è alla ricerca di un aiuto pasticcer* che andrà a supportare la Pastry Chef nella preparazione della linea dei lievitati, per colazioni ed aperitivi, e dei dolci.
Mansioni e responsabilità:
- preparazione della linea bakery e lievitati, secondo le indicazioni fornite dalla Pastry Chef
- supporto alla preparazione della linea dei dolci, in collaborazione con la Pastry Chef
- pulizia e riordino degli strumenti e delle attrezzature
Requisiti richiesti:
- conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione dei lievitati
- ottima manualità
- capacità di lavorare in collaborazione con la Pastry Chef, seguendone le direttive organizzative
- flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in momenti di forte affluenza
Assunione diretta con il ristorante
