Lutech spa sta cercando un Security Governance Specialist per l’ampliamento del Gruppo che contribuisca ad assicurare la sicurezza degli assets digitali e la protezione dei dati. La risorsa sarà responsabile del disegno, dell’implementazione e del monitoraggio dei processi e delle policies per assicurare la compliance, la protezione dei dati e la riduzione dei cyber risks.

Principali responsabilità:

- Sviluppo ed implementazione delle policies e delle procedure di sicurezza aziendali
- Risk Assessment e Compliance: Conduzione di risk assessments e identificazione dei sistemi di vulnerabilità, assicurando la compliance con regole e standard (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Pianificazione di un Incident Response Planning
- Monitoraggio e controllo delle utenze, al fine che solo le persone autorizzate abbiano accesso ad informazioni sensibili
- Formazione dei colleghi in ambito cyber security e compliance
- Auditing e monitoraggio: Conduzione d internal audits e di security assessments, analizzando I risultati e implementando eventuali azioni correttive.
- Aggiornamento continuo sulle tematiche legate alla cybersecurity

**Requisiti**:
Conoscenze:

- Laurea in Ingegneria informatica, Informatica o similari
- Consolidata esperienza nel disegno e nell’implementazionedi policies e procedure in ambito security
- Conoscenza delle regole e degli standard di sicurezza (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.)
- Capacità di condurre security risk assessments e security audits.
- E’ preferibile che abbia conseguito certificazioni in ambito cybersecurity (e.g., ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
