Studio Coordinator

For our Live Studio Operations we are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our team in Brugherio for a Temporary contract

The **Studio Coordinator** will be part of the studio staff in the teams in the **Live Broadcasting** group and will be working in the daily shifts in the Live studios and in show control area.

You will be working supporting the daily floor activities mainly in the live studios and will execute tasks relative to set preparation, product preparation and Presenter/Guest support.

Some of your main activities will be:
**Set preparation**:

- Assist with the set changeover between programs
- Check the studio sound

**Product preparation**
- Assist with the preparation of products necessary for the program

**Presenter & Guest**
- Assist Presenters and Guests in their roles in the different programs

Skills Knowledge and Experience:

- High school diploma
- A meticulous eye for detail
- High concentration levels
- A good technical understanding of audio and video (formats, frame rates, and other technical terms)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines.
