**Role overview**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant** with a focus on **Accounts Payable** to join our growing Finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and Finance Director, the Accountant will support core finance and HR-related processes while also playing an active role in our ERP migration project. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally while contributing to operational improvements.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform bookkeeping tasks with emphasis on Accounts Payable for a group of companies (we have a few legal entities)
- Communicate across the teams to obtain necessary approvals/ fill missing details for supplier invoices submitted to be paid
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of contractor invoices using an internal invoices management platform & accounting software
- Review and validate reimbursement requests
- Maintain internal tracking system for prepayments & company subscriptions
- Business travel cost tracking
- Reconcile travel and expense documentation using tools like Expensify
- Support the ERP transition by helping test and validate accounting processes in the new system
- Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls

**Requirements**:
**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business, Finance preferred)
- Graduated from or currently enrolled in the ACCA program or another international professional qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in an international environment
- Prior experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
