Savino Del Bene is looking for an **HRIS Trainee** for its Headquarters in Scandicci.

**Role Objectives**:
The HRIS team in Savino Del Bene Global Headquarters is responsible for the global implementation and development of the Group's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Joining this team, you will participate in managing projects that cover a wide range of HR processes, interacting with colleagues from around the world.

You will have the opportunity to become a specialist in the digitalization of business processes in the HR field.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support the Project Manager in the implementation and development activities of the Global HRIS
- Participate in defining data structures and processes
- Support project planning and control activities
- Contribute to the collection and systematization of data at a global level
- Create reports to support business activities and explore possible technological or process improvements
- Draft and update manuals and documentation related to the HRIS

**Required skills and experience**:

- Degree in economics or engineering
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian. Knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite (particularly Excel and PPT)
- Knowledge of project management tools (certifications are appreciated)
- Any experience with HRIS or Business Intelligence tools is considered a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork

**Entry method**: 6-month internship and free company canteen.
