On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join the team of the St. Moritz Boutique:
**WRTW DEPARTMENT MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND /ST MORITZ**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the SM giving commercial suggestions and feedback about the department needs
- Monitor department performance and provide corrective actions in order to achive the business objective, and foster the ecommerce channel development.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
- Ensure the vısual presentatıon of the department.
- Identify hıgh potentıal collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Train the sales staff about selling techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of ad hoc morning briefing
- Ensure effectıve and effıcıent back-of-house organization for the department and is responsible for the protectıon of the company’s assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.
- Develope customer loyalty by engagıng and supporting the sales team ın clientelıng actıvıties.
- Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross selling among the product categories.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent spoken English and Italian, German is a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Problem solving
