**Posizione**:
Service Manager
La risorsa avrà il compito di coordinare le attività operative e di manutenzione, sarà responsabile della gestione delle risorse umane, del controllo della qualità del servizio e dell'implementazione di procedure operative standard.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Coordinare e supervisionare due figure operative/manutentori/assistenti nel campo dell'assistenza técnica e della manutenzione.
- Costruire e sviluppare un ufficio dedicato ai ricambi e all'assistenza, per garantire una fornitura efficiente e tempestiva di parti di ricambio.
- Visita tra i 25 centri assistenza che rivendono i sistemi ad aria compressa, specialmente in caso di problemi critici
- Utilizzare il furgone/auto aziendale fornito esclusivamente per scopi aziendali.
**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di team e nell'implementazione di processi operativi.
- Competenze avanzate nella parte elettrica/elettronica,
- Disponibilità a viaggiare e lavorare in modo flessibile
