Sustainability Offering Lead

**SUSTAINABILITY OFFERING LEAD**

Sopra Steria is focused on significantly increasing its capabilities and focus to support clients in defining their journey to sustainability and to achieve expected targets both integrating solutions and services of third parties/partners and with proprietary solutions and starting from fashion industry segment (overall Sustainability Offering for Fashion).
The Sustainability Offering will be integrated within wider Sopra Steria offering which includes (but it is not limited to) supply chain consulting services, digital consulting services, system integration, data and analytics services, project and program management services.

Our team is looking for Sustainability Offering Lead to further develop our offering and to support its marketing and sales.

**Role’s responsibilities**
Complement and integrate current offering to make it consistent and compelling for the market
Understand market priorities and use them to define offering improvements and Sopra Steria differentiators taking into consideration Sopra Steria existing capabilities
Arrange improvement opportunities within an organized backlog, propose priorities and facilitate prioritization process with division management realizing also business cases when required
Develop offering sales and marketing material
Support communication of the offering to the clients working together with marketing department, market directors, account executives
Manage offering backlog and coordinate distributed resources, third parties and partners to implement offering improvements including the realization of POCs, wireframe or similar
Support shaping of proposals to the clients related to the Offering and support delivery project management providing expert guidance as needed
Manage ordinary relationships with partners and third parties on the Offering domain
Actively attend key events in agreement with the management in order to promote the Offering and Sopra Steria brand, to build and develop relationships within the sustainability ecosystem (clients, suppliers, start-ups,) and to be recognized as an expert in the market

**Experience and Skills Required**
Passionate about sustainability
Proactive, highly organized, independent, and resourceful.
Entrepreneurial attitude.
Minimum of a Master Degree (preferred in STEM disciplines)
Minimum 5 years of experience on sustainability domains scoping and delivering solutions and services
Experience in any the following industries: Fashion (preferred) - Consumer goods
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management dealing with complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in offering development
Business planning
Business development
Fluent in English (C1 or up)

**Work location and Travel**
Milan, Italy
